Refund policy
We will refund or exchange any unopened/unused product for 15 days. Customer must inform Easy Day within 3 days from date of purchase of desire to return. All CBD products are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Shipping costs are not eligible for refunds.
By agreeing to the terms and conditions you agree that you understand that the products purchased, contain cannabinoids from hemp oil. Our manufacturing facilities are registered with the FDA and our products are manufactured according to FDA guidelines.
To initiate a return you must follow the below guidelines exactly:
Obtain RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our support team by emailing support@easydayhemp.com
Ship items to the address provided by Customer service when you are given your RMA.
Ship back the product exactly as it was delivered.
All returns must be shipped to Easy Day Hemp's attention return department We recommend shipping returned products by UPS or FedEx with tracking, as the risk of loss in shipping the returned product shall fall solely upon the Customer. If the returned product is not received at Easy Days Shipping Center, it is the responsibility of the Customer to trace the shipment and no credit will be applied.
The customer will be refunded the full cost of the item if the product and package are found to be in satisfactory condition. A full refund is defined as the cost to the customer minus any and all costs to Easy Day Hemp. Easy Day Hemp will not be liable for returning shipping and processing costs to customers after initial order placement.
The 30-day moneyback guarantee only applies to damaged products and is not eligible after the customer has used and or opened any product.
